With over 30 years in the basketball industry, I’ve built a career rooted in coaching, recruiting, and scouting across every level of the game. My journey has taken me through some of the nation's top college conferences  -- including the Big Ten, Big 12, SEC, and Atlantic 10 -- proving a strong foundation in player evaluation and talent development. For the past 18 years, I've worked with 3 NBA organizations in key roles, such as Director of Scouting, Director of Player Personnel, and NBA Scout. My path reflects the dedication, versatility, and long-term commitment it takes to succeed in the coaching and scouting profession.
